He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Andrew Skaggs and Mary Delores Skaggs (Brushwits); and his siblings, Andrew, James Skaggs, Carolyn Jacobs and Nadji Brushwits.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Skaggs, Mindy of Sherman, TX, Jerry Skaggs of Gainesville, TX and Amanda Elmore of Gainesville, TX; and his brother Francis Skaggs of Ft. Worth, TX. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, other family and many friends.
