He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Armstrong; his parents, Glenn Armstrong and Mary Armstrong; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Thelma Bernard; and his sister-in-law Ila Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Ila Rigdon (Jeff) of Sherman and Justin Goldston (Andi) of Dallas; his grandchildren, Erika Goodwin (Chaz) of Pottsboro, Taylor Rigdon (Courtney) of Denison, Logan Rigdon (Madalyn) of Holly Springs, Chase Armstrong of Pottsboro, Ford and Rand Goldston of Dallas; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Will, Knox Rigdon, Parker Hunnycutt, Skilar, Eloise, Kit Rigdon, Peyton Estrada, Avereigh, Harper and Whitley Goodwin; his siblings, Cathy Armstrong, Luella, Glenda Huff (Roger), Laurie Hash (Bob) and Robert; his sister-in-law Linda Bernard; his grandson Chaz Goodwin; and his nephews, Tanner Bannister and Nick Lucia.
