He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Carolyn Gurley. He is survived by: his father Rick Voorhies; and his siblings, Nikki Voorhies, Mary Voorhies, Joe Gurley and Weldon Gurley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, newphews, cousins.
