She was predeceased by: her father Henry Barnette; her husband Ronny Ford; and her pet Brandy. She is survived by: her children, Casie Lovelace (Zach) of Pottsboro, Stefane Carpenter (Rocky) of Sherman, Amy Dwan of Garland, Texas, Todd Ford (Kim) of Bonham, Texas and Ross Ford (Leanne Watson); her brothers, Barney McAnally (Emily) of Houston, Texas, Scott McAnally (Linda) of Costa Rica and Bruce McAnally (Tina) of Austin, Texas; her sister-in-law Gloria White (Ron) of Bonham, Texas; her grandchildren, Knox, Baker Raif, Dustin, Bailey, Layton, Chase, Chrysanna, Cayleigh, Seth and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Harper and Dyson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Ginger's talent and contribution to the area's swim community were recognized in 2003 with her induction into the Fannin County Sports Hall of Fame.
