He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pine and Mary Plumlee; his grandparents, Fred and Ola Peek; and his brothers, Arthur Pine and Raymond Pine.
He is survived by: his sons, John Pine of Pottsboro and David Pine of Longmont, Colorado; and his siblings, Jimmy Greene of San Angelo and Maryann Russel of Luella. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
