She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Guthrie and Ruby Guthrie; her husband Vernon Whitworth; her sisters, Ruby Mae Guthrie and Alma Ruth Wilson; and her grandson Michael Lee Lemley.
She is survived by: her children, Kay Mutchler (Norman) of Bells, Billy Keene of Sherman and Donitta Evans (Wesley) of Red Oak; and her grandchildren, Justin Davidson of Sunrise Beach, Ashley Kettenbach of O'Fallon, Michelle Johnson of Bells, Allie Miller of Tom Bean, Desirea Evans of Red Oak and Amanda Evans of Red Oak. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
