He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Szafranski and Otillia Szafranski; and his brother-in-law John. He is survived by: his sister Benedictine Monczynski; his brother-in-law Victor (Rose Marie Szczerbiak); and his nieces, Camille (Paul Bratek), Michele Stater (late Steve) and Joyce Elliott (Bob). He is also survived by six great nieces, three great nephews, and three great great nephews.
