He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda McEwen (Jean) and Bonnie Eli McEwen. He is survived by: his wife Toya McEwen; his children, Kirk Edward McEwen (Kim) of The Colony, Michael Robert McEwen (Heather) of Argyle, Jody Jean Lafoy (Wayne) of Howe, Crystal Fry, Chris of Omaha, NE, Teresa Hall (Martin) of Sherman, Ashley Templeman (Rick) of Van Alstyne and Andrea Ganow; and his siblings, Ronnie Joe McEwen (Nancy), Jeffrey Lynn McEwen (Kay) and Cynthia "Cindy" Jean Belcher (late Jimmy). He is also survived by grandsons and granddaughters and one great grand-daughter.
