He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Smith and Pauline Smith; and his wife Brenda Ayers. He is survived by: his children, Lori and Michael; his grandsons, Jeffrey and Jeremy; and his siblings, Caole and Earl Joe. He is also survived by his children, his grandchildren and great grandchildren, and by his nieces and nephews.
