He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron J Taylor and Letha Lynn Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Deniese Aline Taylor; his stepdaughter Angela Sue Strobl (Brandon Carl Strobl); his stepgrandchild Brynna Jamie Lynn Strobl; his stepdaughter Jamie Rachelle Smetzer (Joshua Philip Smetzer); his stepgrandchildren, Zalea Alexis Smetzer, Josiah Scott Smetzer and Anwen Olivia Smetzer; and his daughter Charity Davis.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to Gideon Bibles or Bear Head Baptist Church in Sivells Bend.
