He is survived by: his wife Carol Cowart; his children, Kimberly Goodrich (Grant), Ian and Michael Cowart (Blaine); his grandchild Canon; his sister Sherron Fowlkes; his nephew James "Frank" Fowlkes; his niece Jennifer Fowlkes; his great-nephew Jacob; his great-niece Jacqueline; and his aunt Jo Anne Turner. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and countless friends and additional relatives.
