He was predeceased by: his father Bill Clark; and his cousin Brad Clark. He is survived by: his brother Matt Clark (Connie); his cousins, Pam Waldron (Danny), Marsha Rezaie (Hashem), Kim Roberts (Bruce), Kristin Keifer (Matt), Randy Wideman (Janna), Chad Wideman (Allison), Josh Wideman (Renee), JT Wideman and Brady Wideman; and his niece Kayla Kiyokawa (Connor). He is also survived by nephews or nieces.
He served as his mother's caregiver as she battled Alzheimer's from 2008 until her death in 2017.
