She is survived by: her spouse Goodson Scruggs; her children, Kelvin, Cynthia and Marlon Scruggs; her daughters-in-law, Cheryl Scruggs and Susan Scruggs; her siblings, Robert Lowell, Cecila Boyd, Gary Lowell and Terry Tate; and her grandchildren, Marcus Scruggs, Blake Harris, Caryla Anderson and Ethan Scruggs.
