She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Blackwell and Edith Blackwell; her husband Charles Burch; and her sister Nan. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Shannon) of Azle, Texas, Larry (Diane) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Phillip (Larissa) of Sadler, Texas.; and her nieces, Martha and Aleda.
