She is survived by: her brothers, Larry and Michael Polk; her niece Veronica Denise Polk; her husband Gary Wayne Blanton; her siblings, Rev. Debra Ikenyei of Tom Bean, Arlie Polk Jr. of Sherman and Noble Polk Sr. (Anita) of Sherman; her nieces, Tiffany Polk, Brandy McQueen (Gabon Kisha Hunter), Vanessa Hunter (Christopher), Brittany Spencer, Bethany Ikenyei (Jonathan) and Kiara Polk; and her nephew Noble Polk Jr. (Shatoja).
