He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvil Lewellen and Adeline Lewellen (Caffall); his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Lewellen; and his brother Jack Caffall. He is survived by: his children, Carol Lewellen of North Carolina, Loretta Cameron of Columbus, Jacqueline Hartill (Bill) of Washington, James Lewellen (Donna) of California and Joseph Lewellen (Alice) of Minnesota; his friend Joyce Caffall of College Station; and his son-in-law Dave Cameron of Wharton. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
