He is survived by: his children, Carmen Soto, Brenda Almeida (Tennille), Connie Llanos (Omar), Ramona Soto (Ernest), Felix Soto, Jr. (Ervia), Freddie Soto (Prisca) and Michael G. Garza (Meztli); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Vanessa, Erica, Dustin, Jacob, Miranda, Julissa, Jalen, Juwan, Chelsea, Jairon, Lia, Dailon, Tyrese, Alyssa, Zacaria, Zariah, Kynar and Kamdin; his great grandchildren, Damien, Adliyah, Marley, Zion, Ariyon, Addy, Kylee and Khloe; and his sister Otilia Montes.
