He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Whittington; his parents, Bill Whittington and Addie Whittington; his brothers, Jim and Larry Whittington; and his daughter Melissa Whittington.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Casto, Sabrina Breyette (Shane) and Dallas Whittington (Amanda); his grandchildren, Michael Meadows, Travis Meadows, Shelbi Welch, Baylee Waggoner, Kylee Breyette, Coleton Breyette, Laney Whittington, Jamison Whittington, Amelia King, Maddison Welch and Mayson Waggoner; and his siblings, Nita Henderson (Pete), Mary Wyrick (Royce), Roxie Jeter (Walter), Bill Whittington (Carlos), Charles Whittington (Judith) and Jerry Whittington (Carlyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
