He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alonzo Spivey and Delia Spivey; his wife Mary Alice; his children, Kyle Spivey, Kelly (Fran) of San Antonio, Keith (Stacey) of Nashville and Keri Len of Houston, Texas.; his grandson Jacob Spivey (Melanie) of Warren, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Peyton and Charlotte Spivey of Warren; his sisters, Nelda Watson and Grace Naylor (Al); his friends, Kevin and Vickie Anderson of Shepherd; and also, Kimberly, Shaun, Kristen, Taylor and Kelby.
