It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jonnie Len Lewis (Shepherd, Texas), who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lila Mae and Walter Lewis, Sr.; his sisters, Theresia Lewis and Priscilla Peters; his aunt Iona Scott; his sons, John Earl Noble, Joshua Lewis and Amad Lewis (Meagan); the mother of his children Angela Williams; his siblings, Walter Lewis, Jr. (Doris), Alonzo Lewis (Michelle), James Gibson (Brenda), Larry Lewis (Melvina), Clarence Lewis (Rhonda) and Cherry Steptoe (R. D.); and his grandchildren, Maliyah Lewis, Amari Lewis and Jonnavan Lewis. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
