She is survived by: her daughter Marva LaTonya Graves-Velez; her son-in-law James Velez; her granddaughter Mickaya Tucker; her grandson-in-law Kory Mitchell; her great grandchild Malachia Tucker; her brother Wertice Jackson, Jr. (Toni Jackson) of Memphis, TN.; and her cousin Sakinah Saleem (Laura Ann). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
