With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Fay Floria of Shepherd, Texas, who passed away on January 24, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Herrod and Bessie Lee Stephens Herrod. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Floria Blue (Bill); her grandchildren, Donald Floria Jr., Jonathan Floria, Travis Floria, Melissa Blue VeArd (Kenneth), Mist-E Blue Davis (Shawn) and Mariah Blue Richard (Derek); her great grandchildren, Payton, Chloe, Lilly, Ophelia, Jonathan Jr., Orin, Sterling, Amelia, Rosalynn, Raelynn and Kaleb; and her brother Doug Herrod (Beverly).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at the Farley Chapel Cemetery (5241 FM 2666, Shepherd, TX 77371).
