She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wes Howard and Martha Howard; her husband Walter L. West; her brothers, Royce Howard and J. C. Howard; her children, Howard L. West (Geralyn) and Lois Evans (Bob); her granddaughter Chelsi Bass (Danny); and her great grandchildren, Harper Rose and Weston Wayne Bass. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
