He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welsh and Betty Murray Welsh; and his brother Dwaine Welsh. He is survived by: his daughter Yvonne Welsh; his siblings, Mattie McCowen (Kenny), Sherry Welsh, Mary White-Stevens (Tim), Patricia Welsh, Kathy York and James Michael Welsh; and his grandchildren, Christian, Jaden, Madaline, Isiah, Gracy and Poppy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
