He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther William Holt and Thelma Jackson Holt; his wife Shirley; and his brother Jerry Holt. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Fick and Jamie Holt; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Dixie, Daisy, Eric, Ashley and Tristin; his great grandchildren, Jason and Joshua; and his sister Roxanne Holt Higgins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephew; other relatives and friends.
