He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarance A. Luckey and Marzella Boyd Luckey; and his siblings, Bob Luckey, Arvie Luckey, Gary Luckey, Tommy Luckey, Mellodee Mormon, Sandra Faye Ehrle, Wanda Lane Luckey and Dale Luckey.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Rena Luckey of Cleveland, Texas; his children, Wayne Luckey (Tammy) of Cleveland, Texas, Kimberly Lowe (Roy) of Midland and Terry Jaramillo (David) of Shepherd, Texas; his siblings, Doug Luckey of Austin, Texas and Linda Kelly (Mike) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Rowdy Luckey, Hannah Black, Rebekah Black and Morgan Corgey (Caroline); and his great grandchild Beyla Corgey.
