She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Ernest Carroll and Juanita Tise; and her brother Grady Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Orville Thomas; her siblings, Linda, Paul and David; her nephews, Robert (Eileen) and Donald Carroll (Donna); and her stepchildren, Donda (Gary) and Orville II. She is also survived by grandchildren/great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
