She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Franklin and Sarah Franklin (Guillory); her sister Patricia Yaw; her children, Bruce Rodriguez and Carole Buell; and her son-in-law Mark Cox.
She is survived by: her husband Dudley Cox of Shelbyville; her brother Virgil Franklin of Huxley; and her daughters, Patty Cox of Kilgore, Melinda Mannino (Bob) of Lumberton and Brenda Reinhardt (Randy) of Mauriceville. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the East Hamilton Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 10th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
