He is survived by: his sisters, Sara Anita Adams of Bossier City, Alisa Inette Mayson of Anna and Jamie Fay Clark of Shreveport, Louisiana; his son Jeffrey Michael Smith of Shelbyville, Texas; his grandchildren, Spencer and Kristian Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Watson, William Watson Jr., Shawn Mayson, Steven Mayson, Alana Fernandez, Gary Odom, Miranda Wells, Jordan Elledge and Austin Elledge.
