He is survived by: his wife Sheila Ahart of East Hamilton; his daughters, Danie Jones of Shelbyville and Nicci Cooper (Brandon) of Sardis; his grandchildren, Shane Ballard, Kane Anderson, Zane Anderson, Brandalyn Cooper and Will Cooper; his brother Mike Ahart (Lupe) of Brazoria; his siblings-in-law, Valerie Lamberth of Melbourne, Florida and Jim Derry (Dreama); his nieces, Christina Lopez, Michelle Hinman, Tiffany Snider, Alida Higlar and Stephanie Shumate; and his nephew Michael Ahart.
