She is survived by: her husband Willie Lathan; her children, Reggie S. Lathan (Donna) of Honolulu, Hawaii and Chastity C. Lathan of Benton, LA.; her siblings, Howard Ray Garrett (Mary) of Center, TX, Wonda Fae Miller (Charles) of Arlington, TN and Mary Catherine Thompson of Houston, TX.; her grandchildren, Rhyli, Michael, AyVah, Reniya and Sebastian; her cousin Vonzella Bluford; and her aunt Ozell Garrett of Shelbyville, TX.
