She was predeceased by: her spouse Atwood Kay Sr.; her parents, John Cruse and Stella Cruse; and her siblings, Ray Cruse, Georgia Holcomb and Bettie Weatherford.
She is survived by: her children, Frieda Kay Lambright of Joaquin, Atwood Kay, Jr. (Paula) of Huxley, Ken Kay (Jill) of Joaquin, LaQuita Kay Posey of Huxley, Marsha Kay Cooper of Huxley, Mitzi Kay Edwards (Kevin) of Greenwood, Louisiana and Bryan Hendricks (Jordan Nutt) of Center; her grandchildren, Joni Tarver, Jodi Miller, Kristi Richey, Michael Paul Kay, Mark Kay, Shelbea Comer, Cassie Porter, Jacob Kay, Thomas Posey, Jessie Posey, Michael Brent Cooper, Miranda Dobson, Brylee Hendricks and Bailee Hendricks; and also Pat Woodfin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
