She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Eugene Malley, Sr. and Mamie Stokes Malley; her husband Elmo Y. Lawson I; and her brothers, Joe Malley, Don Malley, Clifton Malley and Gene Malley.
She is survived by: her children, Elmo Y. Lawson II (Carmen) of Lufkin, Anita Gail Powdrill (Rance) of Shelbyville and Priscilla Witwer (Robert); her grandchildren, Craig J. Lawson (Abby), Ricky Ham, Jacob Ham, Caitlynn (Trenton), Lacie Lawson White (Bryce), Cristal L. Eberlan, Jake Creech, Legnni Lobo, Vivian De La Garza, Nathan Witwer and Lincoln Witwer; and her great grandchildren, Avery Lawson, Aubree Lawson, Camden Lawson, Emma White, Ralston White, Brecklyn White, Presleigh Eberlan, Levi Eberlan, Lana De La Garza and Serina De La Garza. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Watson & Sons Funeral Home (1554 TX-7, Center, TX 75935). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Liberty Hill Cemetery.
