She is survived by: her mother Nana; her sisters, Brenda Pitts, Gay Brooks and Dan Hall of Brady; her sons, Curtis Smith, Mellie Bernal of Sheffield and Linda Smith of Scottsdale; her grandchildren, Pennie, Nick Hooker of Jacksonville, Lucas, Amy Smith, Natalie Smith and Max Kruger of Arizona; and her great grandchildren, Brookyln, Braden, Brylee Hooker and Caseton Smith.
