He was predeceased by: his sister Betty Williams; and his niece Debbie Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Cressa; his children, Jim Jennings (Jeanine), Cole Jennings (Lisa), Dee Jennings (April) and Bobbie Ann Ritchie; and his nephew Richard Cowell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be made to the VFW Post 4372, 6212 Andrews Hwy, Odessa, TX 79762; or to Hunt for Heroes 2002 W Wall St, Midland, TX 79701.
