He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Lee and Floy Evans-Lee. He is survived by: his children, Michael Lee (Amanda) and Judy Blair; his son-in-law David Blair; his grandchildren, Connor Wade Lee, Gunner Blake Lee, Jennifer, Chad, Colt and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Addi Lusk and Ellie Lusk; and his sister Bonnie Autrey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
