He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richard Ritchie and Cora Mayfield Ritchie; his spouse Romell Brown; his sons, William Ray Ritchie and Jerry Allen Ritchie; and his granddaughters, Maggie Ritchie and Amber Foster.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susie Ritchie (Billy) of Quanah and Cathy Aulik (Joe) of Green Bay, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
