He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thomas and Minnie Lucille Couch (Edwards); his brother Charley Couch; and his daughter Kayleen Couch. He is survived by: his wife Dee Ann Couch of Shallowater; and his daughters, Doretta Carroll (Brooks) of Olton, Lorenda Spain (Stanley) of Dumas and Doreen Young of Olton.
