He is survived by: his son Mark Cristopher Carter (Heather); his grandchildren, Wiley and Tammie; his parents, Cecil Carter and Polly Carter of Shady Shores; and his siblings, Robin Carter Good (Kevin), Stacy Perez (David), Jon Carter (Mashid) and Kelly Carter.
