He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Preston Baxley and Irma Carson Baxley; his wife Jan Baxley of Seymour; and his siblings, Joyce (Junior Gross) and Ronnie Baxley of Garland. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
