He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Glaze and Nadine Mayers Glaze; and his brother Sterling. He is survived by: his brother Elton (Birllene) of Seymour; his daughters, Kerry (Weldon Haddock) of Cedartown, Shannon Glaze of Vernon, Jennifer (Tony Bennett) of Texarkana and Amanda (Joseph Drake) of Redwater, Texas; and his grandchildren, Cody, Austin, Joshua, Kirsten, Kaytlin, Callie, Cortney, Cayden, Anthony, Brandi, Emily, Isabelle and William. He is also survived by 13 great grand Children; and many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
