He is survived by: his mother Ellen Loraine Starnes of Pinehurst, NC; his children, Charles Andrew Boyd (Reagan) of Flower Mound, TX, Nicholas John Boyd (Courtney) of Cross Roads, TX, Joshua Charles Boyd (Ratna) of Corpus Christi, TX, Patrick Welsh Boyd (Steffany), Michael O'Rourke Boyd (Juliet) of San Antonio, TX, Lindsay Catherine Jeter (Jared) of New Braunfels, TX, Mary Margaret Silvas (Flavio) of Borger, TX and Jennifer Christine Eiman (Tyson) of Frisco, TX; his grandchildren, Logan, Hannah, Riley, Callie, Morgan, Audrey, Lilly, Jackson, Ethan, Maddox, Cameron, Rhyder, Carter, Grayson, Benjamin, Declan, Preston, Porter, Raylee, Rory and Brooklyn; and his brothers, Mike Boyd and John Boyd.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Archer Funeral Home (111 N Cedar St, Seymour, TX 76380). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (206 N Cedar St, Seymour, TX 76380). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
