He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Jenkins and Iris Tankersley Jenkins; and his siblings, Glyndal Boyd Jenkins, Roy Jenkins and Judy Jenkins Hanks.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jenkins of Seymour; his children, Jody Jenkins of Wichita Falls and Jennifer Byers (Brett) of Haslet; and his grandchildren, Jesse Owens, Kaylie Owens, Macey Owens and Braxton Byers.
