He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome George Macha and Amelia Margaret Baca (Millie); his sister Martha Macha Ellington; his brothers-in-law, Owen Ellington and Richard Black; and his nephew-in-law Dan Donnelly.
He is survived by: his sister Helen Macha Black; and his niece Debby Ellington.
