She was predeceased by: her daughter Jana Lee Ellington; and her brother John Gray. She is survived by: her spouses, Orvel Lee Jernigan and Ivey of Seymour; and her son Gary Jernigan (Donna) of Big Spring. She is also survived by 2 step-children; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
