It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie McMorris of Seymour, Texas, who passed away on July 19, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Donnie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Donnie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom McMorris and Geneva Pierce McMorris; and his sister Neva Thorn. He is survived by: his children, Harlan McMorris (Lori) of Austin, Stacy Wheaton (Colby) of LaVernia and Douglas McMorris of Austin; and his grandson Carsten McMorris of Austin. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
