She is survived by: her children, Johnny Joe Kolacek (Rhonda) of Santana, Donald Kolacek (Doreen) of Seymour, Ronnie Kolacek (Karen) of Scurry, Frankie Kolacek of Seymour and Kathy Fowler (Gary) of Throckmorton; and her sisters, Helen Schroeder (Jerry) of Kaufman, Evelyn McDermentt (Jim) of Shepherd and Wichita Falls. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
