We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 82, Bill Harmel of Seymour, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bill Harmel to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Harmel and Johnnye Farr Harmel; his wife Susan Harmel; his daughter Dawn Harmel Harrell; and his granddaughter Ali Silva. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
