She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Blackburn and Josephine Blackburn; her sisters, Katherine Warren, Doris Unsell and Betty Grandbery; and her daughter Linda Samples.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Smith; her grandchildren, Ashley Jeter, Michael Fuentes (James) and Kimber Morley (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Riley, Dominic, Raymond, Cooper, Harper and Porter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Seymour Methodist Church.
