She is survived by: her husband Phil Jordan; her children, Rod Hale (Cindy), Steve Hale (Linda), Shannon Hazelip (Kevin), Stacy Farrar (Justin), Doug Jordan (Amy), Christopher Malone and Cory Malone; and her grandchildren, Clayton Hale (Brittney), Christina Hill (Jeff), Brandy Painter (Michael), Amanda Richardson, Tanner Hale (Emily), Tristyn Robbins (Tyler), Blake Hazelip (Brooklyn), Trey Hazelip, Kourtney Hazelip, Tryce Betts, Levi Jordan (Jessica), Maeve Farrar and Finn Farrar.
In lieu of flowers the family would like for donations be made to Cedar Creek Humane Society.
